Is there any site that can give a free domain and free web site with a control panel i can change site contents through it and add images banners and every thing thanks- You will never find a site that will give you a free domain name, you always have to pay for them. Now if you mean a something. freewebs.com that's free but to get a.com that's just yours you need to pay for that. If you do not want anything fancy freewebs is not bad. If you have high speed internet and a pc sitting around you can host your own site with apache, dyndns.org and a router. Good html knowledge is also needed. As for setting it up there are many good guides out there, I found several. Those are your main options basically. No site will make their free service so good you will not want to buy their premium stuff

Having said that, it can be a good way to start out. : So, here's a few options for you. You could start with WordPress.com, or Blogger.com, which both offer free web hosting. Or, another option is free monthly websites. hurleypix.com / fmw How this works is that you get a 10 page website on a specific niche every month. You're free to do what you want with it. You can monetize it, or modify it, or upload it to your own host, etc. Once you have one of these free monthly websites then you can upload them to a free host - if you wanted.
